Born in Fort Riley, Kansas, and raised in New York, I learned resilience early in life. I am a proud graduate of Hofstra University, where I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration in 1992. Throughout my journey, I have been guided by a simple but powerful belief: bad things do happen to good people.

My professional background includes extensive experience in the mortgage and foreclosure industry, most notably five years with Litton Loan Servicing, where I served as a Loan Counselor III and Foreclosure Specialist. During that time, I developed a deep understanding of foreclosure procedures, surplus funds, and the challenges homeowners face after losing a property. That experience ultimately led me to establish this company—not merely as a business, but as a mission to help individuals reclaim what is rightfully theirs through lawful, transparent surplus fund recovery.
